Therapy and OPMS

Harrison went for what we thought was his last swallow study or OPMS. Daddy got to be in the room with him this time since I am pregnant, so the girls and I waited together. The little stinker did not pass! He continued to aspirate with most of his swallows so we will continue thicken his milk. He did show improvement from the last OPMS a couple of months ago. I was disappointed, but confident we are very close to being finished with this chapter of his life. At therapy Harrison continues to be improving. We are working on getting him to walk, or trying to motivate him to walk. I feel much of his delay is his lack of desire. He will take a few steps behind a push toy and then try his hardest to sit down. His therapist is very patient and loving and we are very blessed to have her has his cheerleader. Payton and Claire are a great help at therapy cheering on their bud bud. We are getting there.
